v 23 (Jairus) ... "My little daughter is at the point of death. Please come and lay your hands on her, that she may be made healthy, and live."

Summary Points
v 1 to 8 Jesus meets a man with an unclean spirit who is wild and uncontollable. He recognises Jesus as God's son and doesn't want to be tormented
v 9 to 13 Jesus gives the demons permission to go into a herd of pigs. The pigs then run down a steep bank and are drowned in the sea
v 14 to 20 The people are afraid and ask Jesus to leave when they see the cured man sitting, clothed and in his right mind. Following Jesus' instructions the man tells everyone what Jesus has done for him
v 21 to 24 After crossing the sea [of Galilee] Jesus is met by a large number of people. Jairus asks Jesus to come and heal his sick daughter
v 25 to 34 While Jesus is going with Jairus, a woman with a long-term blood discharge comes and touches Jesus' clothes believing that she can be healed. After she is healed, Jesus gets her to say what has happened
v 35 to 43 Jairus receives a message saying that his daughter has died. Afer encouraging Jairus to believe, Jesus goes to his house, dismisses the mourners and brings his daughter back to life
