A selection of verses showing that God is aware of our problems:
The prophet Hanani tells king Asa that God sees all that happens, so Asa is foolish not to trust him:
9 For the LORD’s eyes run back and forth throughout the whole earth, to show himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect towards him. You have done foolishly in this; for from now on you will have wars.”
Job is aware that God sees all that happens:
21 “For his eyes are on the ways of a man.
He sees all his goings.
The psalmist, the writer of the book of Proverbs and the prophet Jeremiah all tell us that God's eyes are everywhere:
15 The LORD’s eyes are towards the righteous.
His ears listen to their cry.
3 The LORD’s eyes are everywhere,
keeping watch on the evil and the good.
17 For my eyes are on all their ways. They are not hidden from my face. Their iniquity isn’t concealed from my eyes.
The apostle Peter tells us that God hears our prayers as well as seeing all we do:
12 For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous,
and his ears open to their prayer;
but the face of the Lord is against those who do evil.”
